- Bring arms up to the left side of body to prepare; temple attack (right hand a fist, left hand open); legs cross (right foot in front)
- Turn to the left 180° to chongul stance left foot forward and cross outside cover with left hand
- Cross outside cover with right hand
- Turn to the right 180° to chongul stance right foot forward and straight outside cover with left hand
- Cross outside cover with right hand
- Turn to the right 90° doing a backfist ankle release, land in chongul stance and straight outside cover with right hand
- Cross outside cover with left hand
- Pivot 90° to kima stance facing front and knife hand strike with left hand
- Middle punch with right hand
- Leaning to the left into chongul stance, cross outside cover with right hand
- Back to kima stance, middle punch with left hand
- Leaning to the right into chongul stance, cross outside cover with left hand
- Back to kima stance, middle punch with right hand
- Step forward with right foot into hugul stance and suto middle protect with right hand
- Step forward with left foot into hugul stance and suto middle protect with left hand
- Step forward with right foot into hugul stance and suto middle protect with right hand
- Step backward with right foot into hugul stance (left foot forward now) and suto middle protect
- Right foot crosses behind left foot and high cross block above the head (right hand in the back)
- Bring hands down to left side (keeping them crossed) and turning side kick with right foot
- When foot lands, turn to the left 90° to hugul stance left foot forward and suto middle protect with left hand
- Step back (sliding feet together) and double hand thrust (breaking their grip)
- Step forward with right foot into chongul stance and double inside hammerfist to the ribs/lungs
- Half step with left foot, full step with right foot (keeping chongul stance right foot forward) and middle punch with right hand
- Turn to the left 180° to chongul stance left foot forward and groin grab with right hand; slide back to hugul stance left foot forward and pull
- Sweep (inside crescent kick) with right foot, land in kima stance, down block with right hand, cross arms (right hand on inside) and turn head 180° left and backhand with left hand
- Sweep (inside crescent kick) with right foot, land in kima stance and forearm strike (elbow)
- Diagonal block with right hand
- Circle arms and diagonal block again with right hand
- Slide feet together for a split second and bring right foot out to chongul stance with a double punch (right hand to the groin, left hand to the head)
- Slide feet back together, protect on the left side (right hand hovering over left hand), twist to protect on the right side (left hand hovering over right hand)
- Sweep (inside crescent kick) with left foot, landing in chongul stance left foot forward, double punch (left hand to the groin, right hand to the head)
- Slide feet back together, protect on the right side (left hand hovering over right hand), twist to protect on the left side (tight hand hovering over left hand)
- Sweep (inside crescent kick) with right foot, landing in chongul stance right foot forward, double punch (right hand to the groin, left hand to the head)
- Turn to the left 270° to chongul stance left foot forward (right heel off the ground), cross outside cover with right hand
- Turn to the right 180° to chongul stance right foot forward (left heel off the ground), cross outside cover with left hand
- Left foot takes a half step inwards, bring right foot in front to hugul stance and suto middle protect with right hand (should be facing front)
- Turn to the right 90° to hugul stance right foot forward and suto middle protect with right hand
- Turn head to the left 90° (back to the front) and cross right foot over left foot, bring left foot out back to the front landing in hugul stance and suto middle protect with left hand
