Rest, Ready

  1. Step back with right foot into chongul stance and down block; left hand down
  2. Middle punch with right hand, left hand becomes tucked in
  3. High punch with left hand, right hand becomes tucked in
  4. Lean back slightly to cross the left hand over the right hand; high block with left hand
  5. Step up with right foot into kima stance and middle punch forward (kima side punch with right hand
  6. Step the right foot over to a chongul stance and bring the left hand over for a block
  7. Cross the left hand over right hand and bring it out again for another block
  8. Slide back to hugal stance (right foot forward) for a single block with the right hand (hand is a fist)
  9. Slide back out to chongul stance (right foot forward) for a double block (hands are fists); one fist away from each other
  10. Slide back to hugal stance and double block again
  11. Bring hands back in a diamond formation and suto middle protect
  12. Bring hands back one more time and suto low protect
