  1. Step left foot over right foot, pull arms back for double lateral elbow strike back
  2. Step right foot out to kima stance and double punch to the right
  3. Step left foot over right foot, groin grab with right hand and left hand on top of right arm
  4. Step right foot out to kima stance and backfist down with right hand
  5. Left foot slides to right foot, pull arms back for double lateral elbow strike back
  6. Step out with left foot to kemi stance and double punch to the left
  7. Step right foot over left foot, groin grab with left hand and right hand on top of left arm
  8. Step left foot out to kima stance and backfist down with left hand
  9. Make right hand a fist and put it in the center of left hand palm
  10. Kick right foot to inside of left knee and elbow right
  11. Suto strike to the right with right hand
  12. Left hand middle punch across the body
  13. Step left foot over right and back out to kima stance and outside cover with left hand
  14. Punch behind you with left hand (over right shoulder) and punching down with right hand
  15. Backfist behind you with both hands (right hand high, left hand low)
  16. Inside hammerfist with right hand
  17. Make left hand a fist and place it in the center of your right hand palm
  18. Kick left foot to inside of right knee and elbow left
  19. Suto strike to the left with left hand
  20. Right hand middle punch across the body
  21. Step right foot over left foot and back out to kima stance and outside cover with right hand
  22. Punch behind you with right hand (over left shoulder) and punching down with left hand
  23. Backfist behind you with both hands (left hand high, right hand low)
  24. Inside hammerfist with left hand
