  1. Simultaneous outside cover with left hand and outside crescent kick with right foot straight to kima stance
  2. Outside cover right hand and down block left hand
  3. Close right hand over left, open and pull back right, strike downward backfist with right hand to front
  4. Fold right hand under left arm to middle punch with right hand
  5. Shuffle step left foot over right foot to kima stance
  6. Backfist with right hand to outside of leg
  7. Hammerfist with right hand to outside of leg
  8. Fold right arm under left arm to middle punch with right hand
  9. Outside cover with right hand and down block with left hand
  10. Switch them to outside cover with left hand and down block with right hand
  11. Pull back left hand and inside hammerfist with left hand
  12. Step right foot over left foot, bring left knee up and stomp left foot back into kima stance
  13. Close left arm over right arm, open and pull back left arm, strike downward backfist with left hand to front
  14. Fold left arm under right arm and middle punch with left hand
  15. Shuffle step right foot over left foot to kima stance
  16. Backfist with left hand to outside of left leg
  17. Hammerfist with left hand to outside of left leg
  18. Fold left arm under right arm and middle punch with left hand
  19. Suto strike with right hand to the right side
  20. Left hand middle punch across the body
  21. Step left foot over right foot and back to kima stance and outside cover with left hand
  22. Punch behind you with left hand (over right shoulder) and punching down with right hand
  23. Backfist behind you with both hands (right hand is high, left hand is low)
  24. Inside hammerfist with right hand
