Stays in kima stance the whole form

Present

  1. Look to the left, step right foot over in front of left, bring left foot out and land in kima stance with a backslap at the same time the foot lands
  2. Elbow strike right
  3. Prepare right over left on left side
  4. Down block with right hand on right side (outside of right knee)
  5. Left hand middle punch across body
  6. Step left foot over right foot to kima stance and outside cover with left hand
  7. Punch behind you with left hand (over right shoulder) and punching down with right hand
  8. Backfist behind you with both hands (right hand is high, left hand is low)
  9. Inside hammerfist with right hand
  10. Bring right foot up to left knee and land it back in kima stance at the same time you middle punch with right hand on right side
  11. Bring left foot up to right knee and land it back in kima stance at the same time you double block to the left side
  12. Bring right foot up to left knee and land it back in kima stance at the same time you double punch to the right side
  13. Cross arms (right hand on outside), backslap with right hand
  14. Elbow strike left
  15. Prepare left over right on right side
  16. Down block with left hand on left side outside of knee
  17. Right hand middle punch across body
  18. Step right foot over left foot, bring left foot out and land back in kima stance and outside cover with right hand
  19. Punch behind you with right hand (over left shoulder) and punching down with left hand
  20. Backfist behind you with both hands (left is high, right is low)
  21. Inside hammerfist with left hand
  22. Bring left foot up to right knee and back to kima stance at the same time you single punch with left had to the left side
  23. Bring right foot up to left knee and back to kima stance at the same time you double block to the right side
  24. Bring left foot up to right knee and back to kima stance at the same time you double punch to the left side
