Rest, Ready

  1. Turn to the left 90° to hugul stance left foot forward and outside cover with left hand
  2. Middle punch with right hand across the body
  3. Slide to attention position and protect (left hand hovering over right hand)(both are fists)
  4. Tum to the right 90° to hugul stance right foot forward and outside cover with ri ght hand
  5. Middle punch with left hand across the body
  6. Slide to attention position and protect (right hand hovering over left hand )(both are fists)
  7. Step up with right foot to chongul stance right foot forward and double block
  8. Step up with left foot into chongul stance and low cross block
  9. Keeping that stance, bring hands to middle cross block, high cross block, twist hands around one another, knife hand strike with left hand, and middle punch with right hand as you step up into chongul stance with right foot
  10. Pivot 180° to the left, sweep (inside crescent kick) with the right foot, landing in kima stance, down block with right hand, cross arms (right hand on the inside) and turn head 180° to the left (back to the front) and backhand with left hand
  11. Sweep (inside crescent kick) with right foot landing in kima stance, forearm strike (elbow)
  12. Cross left foot behind right foot and double block
  13. Look to the back, raise the arms, and break away
  14. Jump to the back, landing back with feet crossed (left behind right) and low cross hold
  15. Step out with right foot into chongul stance right foot forward to the back and double block
  16. Tum to the left 180° to chongul stance left foot forward and groin grab with right hand: slide back to hugul and pull
  17. Slide feet together and double wrist break away upwards
  18. Twist 180° to the left (feet crossing, right foot in front) and double wrist breakaway upwards
  19. Step out to the front with right foot into chongul stance right foot forward and groin grab with left hand; slide back to hugul and pull
