  1. Turn to the left 90° to hugul stance left foot forward and high block open hands (right hand overhead)
  2. Turn to the right 180° to hugul stance right foot forward and high block open hands (left hand overhead)
  3. Step up with left foot into chongul stance and low cross block (right hand on top)
  4. Step up with right foot into hugul stance and double block
  5. Prepare to the left (left leg up) for a side kick/punch combo
  6. Sick kick with left foot and punch with the left hand at the same time, forearm face attack with right arm (elbow)
  7. Prepare to the right (right leg up) for a side kick/punch combo
  8. Side kick with right foot and punch with right hand at the same time, forearm face attack with left arm (elbow)
  9. Turn to the front to chongul stance left foot forward, high block with left hand and knife hand strike with right hand
  10. Back leg front kick with right foot, jump, looping backfist (left foot behi nd)
  11. Turn to the left 270° to chongul stance left foot forward, cross arms (right hand on the inside) and reach out to grab
  12. Pull the right hand, back leg front kick with right foot, set it in front into chongul stance, middle punch with right hand, middle punch with left hand
  13. Turn to the right 90° to chongul stance right foot forward, cross arms (right hand on the inside) and reach out to grab
  14. Pull the left hand, back leg front kick with left foot, set it in front into chongul stance, middle punch with left hand, middle punch with right hand
  15. Slide back to hugul stance with left foot forward and double block
  16. Step up with right foot to hugul stance and double block
  17. Step up with left foot to hugul stance and double block
  18. Double arm grab, knee to the face with the right leg, turn 270° to the left to hugul stance and suto middle protect
  19. Turn to the right 45° to hugul stance and suto middle protect
