Rest, Ready
- Turn to the left 90° to hugul stance left foot forward and high block open hands (right hand overhead)
- Turn to the right 180° to hugul stance right foot forward and high block open hands (left hand overhead)
- Step up with left foot into chongul stance and low cross block (right hand on top)
- Step up with right foot into hugul stance and double block
- Prepare to the left (left leg up) for a side kick/punch combo
- Sick kick with left foot and punch with the left hand at the same time, forearm face attack with right arm (elbow)
- Prepare to the right (right leg up) for a side kick/punch combo
- Side kick with right foot and punch with right hand at the same time, forearm face attack with left arm (elbow)
- Turn to the front to chongul stance left foot forward, high block with left hand and knife hand strike with right hand
- Back leg front kick with right foot, jump, looping backfist (left foot behi nd)
- Turn to the left 270° to chongul stance left foot forward, cross arms (right hand on the inside) and reach out to grab
- Pull the right hand, back leg front kick with right foot, set it in front into chongul stance, middle punch with right hand, middle punch with left hand
- Turn to the right 90° to chongul stance right foot forward, cross arms (right hand on the inside) and reach out to grab
- Pull the left hand, back leg front kick with left foot, set it in front into chongul stance, middle punch with left hand, middle punch with right hand
- Slide back to hugul stance with left foot forward and double block
- Step up with right foot to hugul stance and double block
- Step up with left foot to hugul stance and double block
- Double arm grab, knee to the face with the right leg, turn 270° to the left to hugul stance and suto middle protect
- Turn to the right 45° to hugul stance and suto middle protect
