  1. Turn to the left 90° to hugul stance and outside cover with left arm
  2. Slide feet together, knees slightly bent, and outside block with right arm while left arm is straight down
  3. Twist to the front and outside block with left arm while right arm is straight down
  4. Turn to the right 180° to hugul stance and outside cover with right arm
  5. Slide feet together, knees slightly bent, and outside block with left arm while right arm is straight down
  6. Twist to the front and outside block with right arm while left arm is straight down
  7. Turn to the left 90° to hugul stance left foot forward and double block
  8. Push left hand down, step up with right foot into chongul stance, and drive a spear hand with the right hand
  9. Grab with right hand, bring it behind back, twist 360° left, land in kima stance, and hammerfist with left hand
  10. Twist left hand horizontally, step up with right foot into chongul stance and middie punch with right hand
  11. Turn 180° to the left to attention position
  12. Sweep (inside crescent kick) with left foot, stomp on their foot for ankle attack (landing in kima stance), hammerfist for shoulder attack with left hand, bring the hand back
  13. Sweep (inside crescent kick) with right foot, stomp on their foot for ankle attack (ianding in kima stance), hammerfist for shoulder attack with right hand, bring the hand back
  14. Sweep (inside crescent kick) with left foot, stomp on their foot for ankle attack (landing in kima stance), hammerfist for shoulder attack with left hand, leave hand out
  15. Twist left hand horizontally, step up with right foot into chongul stance and middle punch with right hand
  16. Leaving right hand out, C-step up to kima stance
  17. Twist to the left 180° staying in kima stance, elbow with left arm and punch with right hand over left shoulder
  18. Jump and switch (elbow with right arm and punch with left hand over right shoulder)
