Choke Defense

  1. Step forward and strike with two fingers to the soft spot of throat
  2. Reach above arms, grab the hands, pull down, knee to the stomach, groin, or face
  3. Reach under the arms, grab the hands, pull down, knee to the stomach, groin, or face
  4. Lock left hand on wrist, reach over across arms, come back and hit them in the jaw with an elbow
  5. Lock left hand on wrist, reach all the way over down to the foot, grab the ankle, bend your knees, lean back into attacker, pull up their leg as you step back and take them down, back kick to the groin
  6. Reach over the arms with your right hand, grab their opposite wrist, pull it up, left hand then pushes up on elbow to break it and drive it down onto your right knee
  7. Right hand reaches up between their arms to push the chin back and to the side, as you step behind with your right foot, the left hand reaches around and grabs the hair, twist the head and take down
  8. Left hand grabs low on the collar, right hand grabs high on the collar over the left hand, pull left, then drive your knuckles into their throat right as you choke them out
  9. Hit the elbows up to break their grip, push them back with a double strike to the floating ribs, back leg front kick
  10. Right hand makes a fist up through the middle of their arms, left hand reaches over and locks on top, bump their arms up and out of the way with your right elbow, twist to the left, come back with an elbow to the jaw

  4. Lock you hand on attacker’s wrist (same side), reach over arms as you step in with same foot as reaching arm, elbow to attacker’s jaw/side of head
  5. Lock your hand on attacker’s wrist (same side), reach over arms, grab attacker’s ankle bend knees and push back into attacker, hold onto ankle, back kick to groin
  6. Reach over attacker’s arms w/ right hand grab attacker’s wrist, pull up, left hand pusines up on the elbow to break it and drive down onto right knee
  7. (Heaven) Palm-heel strike attacker’s chin, push head back, grab chin/back of head or hair, rotate head away, step behind attacker leg, sweep to ground
  8. (Dobok) Left hand grabs on the collar, right hand grabs high on the collar over left
  9. “This is SPARTA!” — hit the elbows up to break their grip, push them back with a double strike to the floating ribs, back leg front kick
  10. “T-bone” — right hand makes a fist up through the middle of attacker’s arms. left hand reaches over and locks on top, bump their arms up and out of the way with your elbow twist to the left, strike jaw with elbow
