14-20 are defenses against a front kick

  1. Back leg front kick
  2. Turning side kick
  3. Back leg round kick
  4. Spin kick
  5. Duck under punch, side kick right
  6. Duck under punch, round kick right
  7. Push kick
  8. Step back with right foot and cross outside cover left, grab the punch, reinforce the grab with the right hand, back leg round kick with right foot
  9. Step back with left foot and cross outside cover right, grab the punch, slide up hook kick to the back of the head
  10. Crescent kick right sweeping the punch out of the way, wheel kick left
  11. Step back with right foot and cross outside cover left, grab the punch, reinforce the grab with the right hand, turning side kick
  12. Crescent kick right sweeping the punch out of the way, without putting foot down, side kick under the armpit
  13. Back leg front kick (right foot) to the groin, without putting foot down, round kick to the head
  14. Block kick with left hand, back leg front kick
  15. Block kick with left hand, back leg round kick
  16. Cross block low to the kick, grab the kick, pull it in and to the left, reverse punch to the center of chest/stomach with right hand
  17. Block kick with left hand, spinning hook kick to the head with right foot
  18. Block kick with left hand, spinning hook-round kick to head with right foot
  19. Block kick with left hand, slide up with feet together, pop up front kick
  20. Block kick with left hand, back leg front kick with right foot, set foot down in front, tornado kick with right foot
