Self Defense Techniques

  1. Inside block, return punch
  2. Inside block, step up, knife hand, elbow, knife hand (chop, elbow, chop)
  3. Outside block, push arm away, step up to kimi, punch left, punch right (both to the kidneys)
  4. Inside block, step up, knock the arm out of the way, backfist low, backfist high
  5. Inside block, parry underneath, push arm, step behind with first elbow, twist and elbow, twist back around hand on opposite shoulder, take down
  6. Outside block, grab arm, step in front, hand goes on shoulder, take down sweep, knee on belt, thumbs on top of attacker’s hand, push down to tap them out (Joystick)
  7. Inside block, grab arm, back leg front kick to the face, set kicking leg in front, double knife hands to the neck, grab back of neck, head butt to nose, back knee to groin, sweep attacker’s leg with kneeing foot
  8. Inside block, reverse punch, spin kick
  9. Inside block, grab arm, side kick with front leg, spin kick
  10. Step back right leg, catch block with right hand, twist attacker’s hand to outside, knife hand with left (Doorknob)
  11. Step back right leg, catch block with right hand, left hand goes underneath, step up, break arm with knife hand (Scissors)
  12. Step back right leg, catch block with right hand, left hand goes underneath, grab arm with left hand, grab ankle with right hand, take down, step right, stomp left (Wishbone)
  13. Step back right leg, catch block with right hand, right hand slides to outside of attacker’s arm, grab arm, step behind, loop left hand through attacker’s arm, sweep and tap out (Thread the Needle)
  14. Step back right leg, catch block with right hand, hands go to outside, twist and bri ng arm underneath, break up (Telescope)
  15. Step back right leg, catch block with right hand, left hand goes under arm, grab, step behind, grab neck with right hand, take down (Jawbreaker)
  16. Step back right leg, catch block with right hand, move attacker’s arms up, step behind, arms wrap around attacker’s neck, take down, choke out (Bear Hug)
  17. Inside block, grab arm, step behind, palm heel strike shoulder
  18. Outside block, grab arm, step in front, arm break at elbow
  19. Inside block, grab arm, drop down to one knee, uppercut groin, elbow to stomach, knife hand back of the neck, come up with knee to stomach, throw
  20. Inside block, jump spin
